Rear Brake Problem

hi, i need your help....

i have a 2002 3.0d with 53k miles and i am starting to have problmes with the rear brakes.

they seem to be operating before the front, not that it is noticable but after a approxe 20 mile+ drive i shart to hear the rear pads starting to bind with the discs on the rear which produces a sqeuling noise.

can anyone help?

could it be a load balancer or something?

i found after doing a search on ebay there was refference made to a electronic load balancer????

any help you can give it would be very much appreciated
