Confused: '01 X5 light question

I have an '01 X5 3.0 with factory xenon lights. I am going to replace my fog, highbeam, drl's. My goal is to match them as closely as possible to my Xenon lamps without going HID.


Am I correct that my bulbs are as follows;

High beams: Hb3/9005 (these also function as DRL's under a lower voltage)

Low beams: HID bulbs

Fog Lights: H1(diferent than H11?)

If those lighting types are correct, what brand/light type do you suggest to match the HID closely? Hoen looked great but they don't seem to make H1 and 9005 in xenomatch.

Any info or help would be great! Thanks in advance, and this seems like an amazing resource for me to learn about my DIY projects. I am installing the BMW tow package this weekend!

The fogs are either H3 or H11. Where did you get the information about the fogs being H1?

It says H1 on page 176 of the '01 X5 owners manual that I downloaded from X5world.

Are you sure that the H3 will fit the fogs if I buy them now?

Are Hb3 and 9005 the same things? I cant find 9005 on the hoen page?!?

Thanks for all the help! Anyone know where I can get the hoen xenonmatch bulbs if the hoen webpage says sold out?
You have all been very helpfull.

I decided on the Xenonmatch Plus for the 9005 highbeams, and the xenonmatch for the H3 fogs.
