Folding Electic Mirrors While Driving?
I have electric folding mirrors, which work fine but, you can only fold them when near to or stationary. I would like to be able to fold them while driving using the normal little square button. Down here in Devon, England we have very narrow lanes and it would be great to be able to fold when approching vehicles coming the other way while moving. There is obviously a lock on them while you are driving. Is there a way of altering this? Thanks

I've never heard of anyone doing what you want to do. It is for safety reasons that you can't shut the mirrors while moving.

well, if you're in a narrow street, you should be slowing down, and that's when you can fold the mirrors. after folding while driving (in motion), they don't "reunfold" when you gain speed. if you were stationary, then it will automatically unfold when you reach the threshold speed
