new x5 owner

Finally, I will be joining the x5 community officially! On Monday I'll be picking up a 2001 x5 4.4i. The car has the following:

-Nav system
-DVD player
-2 5in. Screens
-19in. Wheels
-tow package
-DSC/PDC/some program for going down hill in the ice? (I'm a newb)
-clear signals
-xenons
-tint
-fogs
-sun shades
-cargo cover/slider in the rear behind the hatch
-heated seats front/rear
-wireless headphones
-ect. ect.

I only have one pic for now, but after a very thorough detail I'll post up some better ones and do a proper shoot. The car does not have the Thule rack on top of it any longer:

I have only a small list of planned upgrades for this car as it already is pretty set up:
-Ipod connector
-factory front brush guard
-possibly darker tint
-sub encloser of some kind

This should be fun! It will be added to the fleet which consists of 4 m3's and a 325is. More pics to follow! Glad to be here!

Yes I am on Bimmerforums as well, but primarily s14.net and r3vlimited.com. Here are a few pics of one of the e30 m's, but these are dated as it is currently getting a CF box with a/n and a new paint job (the hood is no longer CF!)

and bonus shots of the e36

can't wait to start detailing the x5!

Welcome man! This is a great site with a great diverse group of people.

If you need any help with adding a sub PM me. There are great wring diagrams and forums around here for pulling a signal from your stock amp.

Good luck with your new X5 man.
