Trailer hitch leftover parts

For you guys that installed the trailer hitch, what did you guys do with the left over parts? Do they have any value? The bumper insert and stuff....

I brought mine to the local BMW bodyshop (B-Line in San Jose) and gave the parts to them.

Those parts worth money when people get smash in the back. I still have the impact absorption shock and bumper carrier available. They are perfectly new!

You can have, although shipping will not be cheap as its heavy.

I was just talking about the black plastic cut-out/ insert piece in the back bumper where the hitch sticks out.

That is already used by cutting a hole through to accomodate the hitch for a cleaner look.
