New Member New 2001 X5

My First BMW
2001 X5 4.4

I wanted to write this before I forgot how really great it is to drive my new X5 a couple of weeks ago after about a month of searching, I bought my first BMW. Here what I found: 2001 X5 4.4 it has everything-
Exterior color- Perl Beige
Interior color -teal green
Premium package
Sports package
Parking sensors
With Navigation
Stereo with DPS and sub woofer
Sport steering wheel with wood trim
BMW cell phone
Cold weather package (even heated back seats)
Custom head liner (black)
Custume Power seats (with even power head rest)
Cargo tray that pulls out in the rear
Tow package
Because I bought it from a dealer I had them put a new set of four Michelin 4x4 Diamaris tires and a new set of black BMW floor mats and new wipers blades (at this point I wanted anything I could save money on in the future with this car.)
The original window sticker supplied with car, price was 60,990.00
The mileage was 48,629 (It still has that new car smell, I love that smell!)
I paid 24,000 + tax and license
My last car was Lexus GS400 so I am used to good cars but…when I drive my BMW it like a dream the way you sit up high in the seat is so nice but the ride still feels like a car. My X5 is so solid it doesn’t make any sounds, and on the highway it tracks beautify. I will be at 130mph and it feels like I am going 60mph. This car is amazing! People have no idea what it’s like to drive a car like this! I just don’t know how I will find another car to replace it with in a couple of years.
Well... I am just going to live in the moment for now…WOW what a moment!

Welcome aboard! The only thing I don't like about my X5 is that my other cars now feel cheap and boring.

Pearl beige exterior with a teal green interior? That has to be a first for this board. Personally, I have never seen an X5 teal green interior. Is this an Individual X5?

And by the way - :xoutpost:
