Question Quick Fender flare install Question

I'm installing wide arches front and rear, Do I need to remove the black plastic running boards BEFORE I can get the old wheel arches off or vice versa? Thanks

I did both together abd from what I remember I did flares first and then the r/b. So you may have to remove teh r/b first.

So I definitely have to remove the boards then? I saw that theres a bolt/rivet behind the running board but I wasn't sure if it could be reached without taking off the boards.

For the rears I installed mine without removing the boards. I don't have actual running boards though. I can't see if you have them either or if that even matters. But the fronts look to be the same as the rears. They over lap the boards. Just pop the pins and remove.
