4.8is front bumper

Can the black unpainted part of the front bumper be repaired. I have two small/med scrapes and I am not sure what i need to do. To deep for a quick buff out and some back to black. thanks

That's tough to repair. I suggest you consult a reputable body shop in the area to see what they recommend.

I am guessing a new front bumper.

I have the same issue but my scuffs/scratches are bad and the paint above the license plate is scratched up.

I was either thinking painting the whole bumper along with all the black molding to match body color or to get a new front bumper. I'm not sure which is cheaper.

My license plate mount was screwed into this area of the bumper. Any suggestions on what to use to close/plug up the screw holes? Black putty?

Rehasing this thread from the dead. While driving south on "Hazard Highway" (I95 South Florida) a peice of debri impacted the unpainted portion of my bumber as well. I saw it out the corner of my eye - but no cigar. It's must have been a sharp object as the scratch looks like it was made with a sharp knife.

It's really not bad enough to have the entire bumper cover replaced since I understand it's one piece. I have to somthing about it though, i have no scratches and don't want this to remain.

Need suggestions Man!

You could paint the black part of the bumper body color. Another idea is to check ebay.. OEM front bumers on there all of the time!! Too bad no one makes an aftermarket LeMans X5 front bumper....
