Since my last visit to the BMW service gurus and being advised that one of my cam position sensors have failed I get this display after inserting the ignition key and selecting position 1. Once the car is running the display is erased.

Display doesnt appear for subsequent insertions of the key providing they are made on the same day.

Appreciate any thoughts pls. Waiting on delivery of replacement cam position sensors plus a system diagnoser from the US, will exchanging the cam position sensors clear this issue.
