HDC set up

My friend tell me that is possible to set up the minimum speed of the hdc system to start at a lower or higher speed when you push the button of hdc.
Can anyone tell me how?

When you press the HDC button you can increase or decrease the speed pressing the + or - buttons for the cruise control. Hope this helps

Wow I never knew that you could set the speed! Well how do you set the speed at which is sets itself when you turn it on?
