Question Headlamp washer jets - How to remove?

One of the headlamp washer jet "housings" on my front bumper is cracked. How do I remove it so that I can repair/replace?

Remove it to arrow 3. Sorry, i have only Russian version and Russian comment.

if it is just the cover, pull it out with some effort, its just a cap.
