What other models will my X5 non sport steering wheel fit? Also Airbag light Question
I just installed my sport wheel today. I replaced the non sport wheel. I disconnected the battery while I removed the old one and installed the new one. I made sure that both connection where made to the column and to the air bag. When I reconnected the battery the airbag light came on.
 I took it for a short drive to clear the dash lights but the AB light is still on. I searched but there is no DIY way to reset it, right? Also I'm going to put my non sport wheel with airbag on ebay is there any other model that this will fit? I crossed referenced the part number on Realoem but no other matches came up. But I see similar wheels for the 3's and 7's on ebay.

BUmp anyone know what other BMW this wheel will fit. I need to get this on ebay. Or atleast what other BMW has this style wheel, Thanks

I think most modern I-Bus models. My wheel came from a 7'er and the clock spring is common to at least 5 & 7 series with this type of bus. Most likely 3 series also.

Sounds about right from all I read.
Don't expect too much action. The non-heated 4 spoke tends to sit around in the auctions. But you do have the AB. I put my own wheel away with the old clock spring. I'll refit it and sell the heated wheel/clock spring when the time comes. I take it the indy reset your light?

I'm not looking to get much for the wheel. I know the airbag included will help I just want to get some money back from it. I most-likely will end up trading the new three spoke for the four spoke plus some cash when the time comes to sell the X. Also I changed the pics to the one I'm selling(good eye though).
