Talking How To Remove Fog Lights - Pics

I had a lot of trouble when I tried to pull my fog lights out from the front after removing the trim ring. I removed my front bumper cover to do some work on my front end so I thought I would detail how the fog lights are attached:

The first picture is with the fog light attached to the body work. The second picture is with the fog light removed.....

So you have an idea what you are looking at that is the back top of the fog light looking down at it. The lower part of the picture would be toward the vehicle.....

If you put your finger in between the screws there is a lip that you can pull on and they come right out. It took me sometime to figure this out...

I could not agree with you more!!!! Took me about 45 minutes the first time I pulled out my fog lights!! Seriously might be easier to remove the front bumper cover to get at the fog lights...

I did find that putting on my Mechanics gloves really helped. That way I did not cut up or bruise my hand when I pulled on the fog light.

Yup..the fog lights are hand cutters!! I got it down to a science now though..takes me 10 mins tops for both sides from start to finish..I just pull like there's no tomorrow till they unclip themselves after i remove the screws...
