Xenon Headlight w/ Auto Adjust Level

I am so sure that my headlights adjusts automatically whenever I start my engine, the headlights would move up until centered before.

But when I changed both blinker bulbs on the headlights a week ago, whenever I turn on the engine and turn the lights on, the headlights don't move anymore.

Did I break anything? I remembered to plug everything back in. Wait, does it adjust the minute I turn on the engine even if the lights aren't on and maybe that's why I don't see it. Or it will only adjust when the headlights are turned on and therefore, I should see it, right?

Please advice!

If they do not move check you to see if you forgot the 4 pin plugs on either side.

park the car in front of your garage at night and turn the car on, you should be able to see them re-adjust and they should move if you turn the wheel.

I don't think his lights move side to side. Just up and down.
