License Plate Base Frame

Dear

Does anyone know how to remove and reinstall the front license plate base frame? Now I took my car in oversea right now and need to change US plate to Europe (long narrow) license plate.
I bought the plate base frame from the dealership but I am not sure how to replace it.....
If you have any ideas, please let me know

Simple screws are all that's involved. IIRC, there are two in front and two underneath. That's it. Good luck.

You have to take the liscense plate off then you'll see the screws for the base.
