Where do I lubricate to stop my steering wheel from squeaking when it telescopes?

This thing is driving me nuts!

I've got the same problem. My dealer said there wasn't anything they could do. I tried spraying silicone around behind the moving parts but it didn't work. Sorry

I've posted my results as to what I have done on mine and the squeak never came back. All you have to do is get some vinyl or leather cream and put a bunch on the sides of the wheel. Right where the wheel rubs against the dash, let it sit there for a couple of minutes and then wipe it off. Move the steering wheel out and in a few times before you wipe it off. This will for sure stop the squeak. Good luck...

I ran out to the garage to try your method. It worked instantly! Thanks a lot.
