Front fan not working when AC is running
My AC was blowing warm air so I took it an "indie" and they recharged the coolant and as long as I'm driving, cold air comes out. As soon as I idle, it goes back to warm air and they told me the front fan is not coming on when idling. Has anyone fixed this problem?

Try a search of the forum. If you do it DIY take pics and write an article for the home page.
A new fan runs in the $300+ region. I would make sure it's not the relay first or even the sensor as these are much cheaper to replace. All are prone to some sort of failure at some time.

Possibly a bad final stage resistor. There's a DIY on the home page to replace it.

I think he means the aux. cooling fan in front of the radiator.
