I did a search and read through some of the threads regarding the issue of little air coming through the back vent. I have a similar issue, where I turn the rear fan up, and little air comes out. I removed the S shaped filter and it is free of obstruction. I am not sure what else I can do, I am not handy so I do not want to remove the entire center console. I was wondering what other people have done concerning this issue, and whether or not their rear vent is blowing fine? Also exactly how much air should be moving through the rear vents? Thanks.

I'm not sure what "S shaped filter" you mean. A quick check would be, remove the center console bin by pulling directly upward with your fingertips inside the bin. Once removed, make sure the duct leading to the rear vent is in place, or not crushed. Can you hear the rear fan? Good luck

There are a few couplings from the air supply at the dashboard. Try to find a parts description (I couldn't copy mine) so you can visualize the connection locations and possibly see if they are blocked. What about the air on/off thumbwheel at the rear vent, can you see it opening the duct? It may be broken in the off position. Two other extremely remote possibilities, but easy to check are; is the fan connector reversed? causing the fan to pull rather than push air? or, has the fan slipped off the shaft, causing the motor to run but not spin the fan? Don't give up!
