Driver's Turn Signal - No it's not the bulb or contact :)

My driver's side turn signal bulb will not come on with the lights or the blinker being active. I thought it was a bulb and then the contact points but its not either one. I then diagnosed the problem by checking to see if the power was getting to it. It has a brown(-) and blue/green(+) and the blue/green isn't getting any power. I checked on the passenger side which has the lights on and it checked out and lights up the voltmeter on the positive wire. I went farther back to the wiring harness and it still didn't light up the voltmeter.

Has anyone experienced this? It just went out all of the a sudden. I hate electrical because its such a pain to trace all the way back to the LCM(LKM).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. All the other signals work, side signal and rear signal. - Just blinks faster now
