Nav DVD for Mexico???

Does anyone here know if there is a Nav CD for Mexico available? I live on the Texas/Mexico border, and occasionally travel in Mexico but have to use a map to get around... Kind of a shame when I have the DVD-Nav system. I know that BMW sells vehicles in Mexico, but I can's seem to find a Mexico CD on the Navteq site.
