Tow Company bent my hitch .......need opinions

I'm just very detail oriented and notice these things......

Recently, I had to get the car towed due to the waterpump going out.
I picked the car up after repair and and off on my merry way happy the car is fine with nothing else being overheated.

On the rear of my tow hitch, they must have cinched the car so tight....the tow hook area of the hitch is bent ! And it's complete eyesore to me.

Replacing it is a whole big mess but in a ideal world, this is what I would insist.
If they offered to replace it, I would balk - even though most towing shops usually have a body shop as their business as well.

Oh well, what to do what to do.....
