Sorry to hear about that $100 is that from the dealer or somewhere else?

$100 is the cost of the window regulator part from the dealer. It lists for $128, but I get a 20% discount at Russel BMW with my BMWCCA membership.

I'm going to Tijanaw's tonight to have him help me fix my window regulator.

Here are some pictures I took with my camera phone.

My poor, poor Danica...she's so not pretty with her ut-oh bandages!

Wow! I thought you were just going to tape the window in the upright position...not the whole window. haha.

If only they made car-size Songe Bob bandages. That would make this much more bearable.

The window is stuck ALL THE WAY down! If it were only a portion of the way down, I could've manually pulled it up to close it.

Poor Danica...everyone stares at her like she's been violated.

Mine was the same. I popped the bottom of the door panel off, pulled up some insulation, and manually pushed the window up from the bottom. It held for the drive back from the beach at least.

Here is your special window band-aid.

Yeah...I wasn't going to mess with the door panel. My mom let me use her S80 for the weekend through yesterday, so I only had to drive Danica around like this for one day.
