Smile Driver Side Window

Hey All,

On Saturday, my driver side window decided to stop operating. The window is up, "thank goodness," but the control won't work at all. There is a very faint noise from the control like it is trying to pull, but no action whatsoever. The car is CPO til next year, is this covered? If not, any idea on what it could be regulator motor, fuse, etc.? Cost to fix? Thanks for the help.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the link regarding DIY, but is the regulator and service covered under the CPO warranty? I'm hoping so... Can someone verify the answer? Thanks for the help...

Here's the link that adroitly lists, in a somewhat typically vague fashion,
what's "covered" and "not covered"...a cursory perusal makes me think
your window regulator is covered, but WTFDIK?!

It seems from posts here, it was reportedly covered from another post;
it also appears to depend on your Stlr's 'tude and your relationship.
They will probably bang you the CPO "visit" deductible...
