Please Help 4.6 IS add on rear bumper

Hi just got the 4.6 IS rear bumper add on; I am planning on adding it to my 4.4. I saw someone has posted install instructions on the site, however, the e-mail for the post is non functional. Also, the member didn't really have the specifics on the install.

Has anyone added rear bumper spoiler on their X5? If so, do you have detailed instructions on how to install the three pieces to the bumper? Dealer instructions or pictures. I orderd the hardware as well, however, no instructions came with the kit.

If anyone has detailed, pictures of the install, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for responding

Yes, I saw this post, the hardware that came with the kit really goes with the stock 4.6 or 4.8 X5, the guy in the post said he used "self tapping" screws. what are these... the hardware kit came with things that look like pins, not screws.

Thanks

Thanks Frank

I was hoping to avoid doing that... its hard to believe I paid $500 for a three pieces of plastic...

How much did the body shop charge you to install?
