4.8 Body Kit on 2004 4.4

Hey everyone!

So there's real good chance of me picking up a Black 2004 X5 4.4! I was hoping I could get your help and see if I could have the 4.8 Body kit installed on the '04 4.4?

What parts would I need to purchase?
Where is the best place to pick up the parts at a low cost?
Is the Installtion easy to do yourself?
