Still can't Access Online WDS

I am now happy to be a primer member. Unfortunately, the WDS diagrams just dont appear. They just have that little symbol in the top left corner and at the very bottom it says error on page. I was hopng to access it to solve a problem that left my BMW sitting in a parking lot for three days. In those three days, I have spent every waking moment in an effort to get into my BMWm without breaking a window. Oh, I have the key, but for some reason, it just decided not to work in the door anymore. Have tried everything from battery jump to using the skills of three diferent roadside asssist drivers to get in. No Luck. One woked for two hours. I have missed work and have spent four hours on the computer trying everything to get the info. and diagrams. I have run out of time. Everything...every step I take has int5roduced a block. Each steo to overcome it has presented a new block. Nw...my keepboard is starting to miss letters.....One of those weeks.... Thank you for reading. Peace

No problems from here with Firefox and IE6. It comes right up. Do you have another computer or browser you can try? Also, if you have any firewall software running try disabling it first.
