Throttle adaption for 2001 4.4 x5.................

Ive replaced the ecu, throttle body and pedal. car runs in failsafe (like crap) with the throttle not working.

I beleive all I need is to teach it to work.

Ive found now way to do this myself, is there a program that I need to use to do this? Help!
