Strange electrical glitches like hood latch opening...

I typically experience odd electrical glitches such as hood latch opening when I start my engine and put the car in drive, alarm randomly going off, and once, the interior dome light set in the "on" position, when I know for sure, the prior night it was turned off, on board computer display on dash randomly turned off when car is started.. etc

These problems are very sporadic, but was wondering if other owners experience these issues?
