Knocking Sound - Help

Hi,

I have a knocking noise at the right front wheel when at moving at full lock. Any ideas? Is this a known problem?

Unhappy Still there

I did a search and gave all the info to my SA. The X has been in for a week now and they are no closer to finding the problem. So far they have done the following:
Replaced Control Arms and bushes
Replaced Ball joint
Replaced Wheel bearings
Replaced Steering column
Replaced shocks
Replaced Shock Mountings

Today they are replacing the bearing cover, if there is anyone who can give any additional ideas, please. I am going mad driving the 320iA they gave me for a loaner.

I am assuming all the work is covered by warranty? could you be more specific on the noise? Does it do it at all speeds? Does it get louder or worse around corners? get quiet during braking? etc...

CV Joints, I'm not sure why they don't do that first... I'm having a similar knocking when turning hard, I bet it comes from that. Not sure why they don't understand.
