Turning off Headlight Washer Sysytem?

I want to turn this system off! Anyone know if the re-coding will do it or if it's as easy as pulling a fuse?

Turn off the lights.
It only works when lights are on

You could disconnect the hose going from the washer fluid tank to the headlight washers and cap it. That is what I did.

You could disconnect the pump, it is on the front of the fluid tank and larger than the other 2.

Do you have a picture of where & which line you capped off?

Thanks, but I like to run the Parking Lights with Angel Eyes & Fogs on.
