Runner Board install 2006 x5 3.0

I will be picking up a x5 pretty soon 3.0 (either 2005 or 2006). My question is:
1) what is the part number and price of the runner board (silver/aluminum)?

2) Are they different for these years?

3) How hard are these to install?

4) Finally anyone have instructions to install these?
