coolent level light wont go off...help please

hi guys had the coolent sensor replaced today as the x5 is allways telling me that the coolent level is low but its not and it doesnt over heat, so i got the sensor replaced and guess what the light is still on dealer said could be a short on the wire somewhere can anybody help its bothering me now.
