help with speaker upgrade.. ASAP

I am adding alpine compnent set and a rear speaker set to my 2003 X5 with standard sound... I am adding a powered sub in the back as well.. Do i need to byspace the factory amp or can i wire this to the factory amp? or should i buy another amp for the speakers? also should i replace the 2 inch mids or not?

can i keep the existing mids and wire it all to my factory amp? this is waht i would like to do... lmk or if i need to replace them, which ones can i get?

You can use aftermarket speakers with the stock amp (I am doing it currently). You may not be satisfied with the results. I have not replaced the mids, but the sound seems ok. I have a single 10 installed. I had to patch in with a loc. Check in the Mobile Electronics Forum.
