Valve Cover Torque Specs...
I am putting on new valve cover gaskets, but I need to know the amount to torque the screws when I put the covers back on. Thanks in advance.

More specifically, I am putting valve covers on an 03' 4.4 X5. I also need to know the torque specs for the spark plugs too.

Check the walkthrough on the front page. It will be in inch pounds, and it is quite easy to overtorque and snap the studs.
