Help! Just replaced the fs... now petrol gauge and MID on dash doesnt work! :(
Hi guys just replaced the fsr in my 51 plate 4.4 and now the petrol gauge and mid arn't switching on!?!?!?! . I have checked all connections that could have been disconnected while fitting the fsr, checked fuses (just out of interest does anyone know what all the resistor numbers are associated with these) in boot and glovebox all seems ok. the battery has been loosing charge recently so hence needed to jump it quite a few times, but have always switched on fans, rear heater and main beam headlights before disconnecting the red jump leads (reducing chance of spike). the battery was completely dead this morning before i started work on the fsr may i add. any ideas???

CHECK THE BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR.
