Cant access ONLINE WDS...help?

I've been trying to access the online wds with my IE7, with fully enabled java and active x controls and still my browser blocks me from installing the appelets that would let the tree and diagrams display. The detailed info says the publisher is unsigned and could be dangerous. Being deperate at this point, I went to custom settings in Security under internet options and enabled all active x options as well as downloads.
Now when I went back to the WDS, it gave me the option to install the appelets the thing needs. However, after clicking install, nothing happens, and I still can't access the digrams. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
