Front Suspension falling down

Is anyone else having the problem with the suspension droping down so the car looks like it's sitting on the tires. The dealer replaced the ARH control unit under the dash and the left strut assembly (the car was leaning to the left at one point). All this has been done in the last 2 weeks. This morning I noticed the front end was evenly sitting very low again. Help! I don't want to keep leaving the car at the dealer with no plan to fix it.

My car is an August of 2004 production X5 4.4i.

Thanks
