First mod suggestions???
Here's what we have to work with... - '05 X5 3.i with Premium Package - K&N filter (not cold air) Meanwhile, for those of you who responded to my newbie post, thank you! The dealer found that the bump I was hearing was my new bike rack...duh!. Brakes squeaked, so they replaced the rotors and breaks. The smell from the AC / heater is gone...they performed some type of high power flush and it solved the problem just in time for the first snow fall of the year, 30 min outside of Denver at 8,000 feet. They also performed a bunch of other tests and minor tweaks. In fact the head of service spent 30mins with me things telling things about the car that I had no idea I had...Yes...another duh!. Kudos to Murray Motors in CO. And as far as Infiniti of Denver, where I bought the car...they can go pound sand. I still don't have my title and bought the car outright over a month ago. McDonald Motors had my wife's Audi title to her in a matter of weeks. Sorry...A little ADD...So back to Mods. What do you recommend? Thanks. |

I'd first lower the truck with some H&R springs and bilstein shocks. It's always nice to work on the suspension before adding ANY power mods. Along with that, maybe some 20" staggered wheels to complete the look and improve the handling.
