Water pump change on 3.0

Hey guys it is that time for me. I am getting a pump and t-stat. I was going to tackle this myself and was wondering if anyone had a step by step. I did a search but came back with a zillion results. Didn't seem to find a post on step by step.. sorry if I missed it.

Anyway, one other question. Do the seals come when you buy the pump and t-stat... Looks like they do from the picture but wanted to be sure.

Also, what antifreeze do you guys use?

Ask your supplier about the seals in case they are treated and charged as separate items.
BMW anti-freeze works real good and you know it will not harm your engine.
