try and use a dvd instead of cd
had the same problem and someone suggested using a dvd instead of cd with img burn. worked right away

I've been lurking on this forum on and off, and found this thread yesterday. I did some research and downloaded the v.30 nav update from megauploads, burned it with img burn on CD and upgraded and it worked flawlessly. I have perspective view now!! Pretty cool. This forum is great
