What the heck did I do? Window REgulator goof

Ok so I followed the articles on this site on how to fix the window regulators. Everything is going ok.. but then i go to test it.

It works.. but up is down and down is up.

I think I somehow reversed the polarity on the motor.

the regulator mounts and motor mounts make it so its only possible to install everything one way. Same with the power connectors for the motor and window switch.

So if anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated. Thanks.

I feel.. dumb..
