I had the same problem, my bmw mech put the X on his lift and he shook the tires from side to side, they were really loose and they had a lot of play, it should be tight, it ended up being the lower control arms.
Btw, I had done the wheel alignment and balacing before and it didn't help.
I bought the lower control arms from Ebay and they worked beautiful.
Do a search, there's a lot of info with this issue.

I had the same problem as well. Vibration at about 75 that disappeared at sixty when breaking. I have 40,000 miles and have had the brakes replaced once. It turned out to be a combination of worn thrust arm bushings and rotors out tolerance due to abnormal brake wear.

I had the rotors and bushings replaced and there is no longer any vibrations.

A quick way to spend 1500$

Ok, exactly same situation (covered under warranty). Front rotors were replaced at 40k. Vibration at 75 started around 47-48k. Knowing that brakes are new - they replaced thrust arm bushings. Didn't help, had test drive with master tech and he said it's brakes. They put another set of new rotors and all is good now.

Maybe worn suspension affect brake wear and this is comes around?

Same problem here ref: vibrations.
Can anyone post a picture or diagram of the thrust arm bushings and lower control arms?
I'm trying to understand what these are, and how to check them for wear.
