Yes, but why in the world would you want to do that? All the prep work that's involved in stripping, primming, and repainting the bumper that you're better off just running down to your local dealer and order up a brand new bumper that's primed and ready for paint. But again, why in the world would you want to change your bumper color to something other than the body color of your car?

Quote:
1.wash it to take off all dirt and grease 2.Take off the shine using a 1500 grade wet/dry sand paper 3.let it dry and then clean it thoroughly with "degreaser" or thinner. 4.Your bumper is now ready to accept the paint of your choice...... 5.Make sure that the bumper is painted in adequate installations and the "baking" process should not exceed 30 degrees temperature or the bumper could suffer deformation. |

No.just adhere to the steps I mentioned and get a professional sprayer to follow them(although the sprayer should know!)Get him to mix an elastic component in the varnish coat(this will avoid stone chips from doing a lot of damage to your bumper)
