Independent BMW shop in LA ??

Hey all,

I want to have the tow hitch package installed on my car but don't want to pay the $1125 the stealer charges for install.
Does anyone know of an indy BMW shop that can do it cheaper??

I know the time alloted as per the BMW stealer "handbook" is an over estimate of the time it takes. I had it done once before on my 4.4i in Florida. If I could save a $200 or more that would be great.

4-5 hours job.. relatively easy DIY. you should round up the socal guys for an install party..

if you provide beer, they will come!!

I had the stealer install the hitch for me today. As the car needs to be ready by a week from saturday and I am on stand-by for jury duty all next week, had to get it done in a hurry.

I hope your taking the subway (yes LA has one) from the Universal City station to Downtown for Jury Duty because it drops you off right in front of court house and the parking spots are a door ding for sure....LA= a 1000 suburbs in search of a downtown.
