OEM or Not?

Can anyone tell me if these are OEM or not? The seller hasnt answered me yet, and I dont like the word "Genuine". Unfortunately, they cost more than OEM's but Crevier and the rest of those clowns dont ship to APO/FPO addresses.

It says, "in original BMW packaging". It must be OEM. But $149.00?? I don't get it. They are cheaper than that new from the dealer.

Because they ship worldwide. Guys like me are at their mercy since Crevier and the rest of them dont ship to APO addresses overseas. Which pisses me off, cause its the same price, if not cheaper to do so.

But our boy Jerry at Bimmer Spinner hooked me up though! He does now!

Why dont you get it at your local dealer???As Supergreg says, its cheaper to buy oem!
The dealer can order for you anything on the European accesssory catalogue. If you want something on the Usa catalogue ,it will take you them about a week to order as the part nrs. are not on the European parts system and an order has to be placed by your locar dealer to BMW GB,to BMW AG ,who will then place order with BMW USA.This is how I get my parts on Usa catalogue(I just got the Rear bumper step protection which is USA item only!)

Hmm..I think the problem is they will order it ONLY if its not in their (UK)catalog. If its a US only item, no problem. If they carry it, they will charge me a destination fee. Its MUCH cheaper for me to order from Rover(ebay) for a little more than a local US dealer, than get it locally. 1GBP = 1.91USD. A TiAg grille would cost me over 270 bucks. (its 136 pounds at UK dealers).

But if these are OEM anyway, then that would be even better!

I see your point!I got the same price quote from Holland Park Bmw dealer,in my local area in London, but here in Portugal they dont charge you even if they dont carry it!As long as it is on a BMW CATALOGUE,irrespective of country, they will get it for you at same price as on that catalogue!(BMW AG coughs up the extra transport costs!)
Bozo, why dont you have it painted?Anyway, whatever you decide to do,good luck....
