XENON Headlights Purchased - easy swap?

Hi - i've searched - and i havent found too much. if someone can point me to a thread with the answer, would appreciate it. (before I'm told to search and not waste anyone's time)

So - I purchased a set of 01-02 headlights (that can be opened) with clear corners for a great price on eBay. The seller has 12 pairs he said - and probably others with yellow corners if anyone wants. maybe even non xenons as well.

Well anyway, I want to know what I need to do to put them in my car that currently has just halogen? I've looked at the conversion threads and articles - are these for this type of swap? I'm not great at electrical work, but how simple is this? should I have someone else do this etc..

I'd als like to put the AEs in.. any suggestions on these would be great - i figure i might as well do all at once.

It's a pretty easy swap...Just mount your ballasts and wiring (plug and play) and install the headlights/ HID bulbs. The AEs are also easy, mount rings in headlight and wire them to your fogs.

They are really easy to swap in. 4 bolts and a few wiring plugs to switch over. I did the conversion some months back:

You are likely to need relays to compensate for the lower wattage of Xenon bulbs or you will have check light warning showing.

If you fit AE I suggest bond them in with high temp transulscent sealer. The manufacturers pads fall off.

Seal the headlights with an extra bead of silicone or they may well leak and mist

Good luck.
