JLevi's Licence Plate LED v2

i finally recieved my v2 led's for the license plate from jlevi. I must say these are much brighter then v1. One of them didn't work but after flipping the led bulb it worked perfect. Had to play around with the angles of the bulb to get the best brightness out of it. I recommend these for sure, even if you got the v1's, you have to upgrade to the v2's!!

Why do you want your license plate to be so incredibly illuminated? For the police?

i dont care about drawing attention, i just hated the old yellow bulb look. The white led's gives a nice updated look in the back. Not like i speed everywhere so doesn't matter if it draws attention, but i also like the fact that my car sticks out from the crowd at night (from the back).

it's some plastic surgey for the X5, you probably dont need it, but you think it looks better. I like the LED look personally, I'd like to get LED interior lights, that fade in and fade out - does Jlevi have those? I've seen some sets on ebay but don't know if they are legit - any suggestions?

oh - like the LED lic lights, but dont know if i want to broadcast plates to police, maybe to show off the x5 plate bracket LOL

IMO V2 is too bright, the dust around the license plate becomes obvious and its not a pretty scene for people. Of course, that's just me. Johnblayz, i agree that white bulb is much better than yellow, which is why i got the LED bulbs which is, IMO, bright enough and not too bright, just like V1. But i guess it depends on one's taste and preference. Bottomline, good mod Johnblayz!
