Question buzzer goes off when outside temp reads 36 degrees
can someone tell me what it means when the temp on rear view mirror reaches 36 degrees, a buzzer sounds?

X5 in AK is on a distinguished road
The setpoint is 37 deg, but depending upon how fast the sensor is reading a temp drop (i.e. pulling out of a warm garage to cold outside air temps), it may not trigger the chime fast enough and it will show whatever temp the sensor is reading at that instant.
