AUX Input Equalizer on NAV

I have 2004 4.4i w/NAV no DSP. I just installed the AUX input cable and was testing out my ipod. I didn't see the Equalizer settings that's shown in Step 6 http://www.xoutpost.com/bsws-mobile-e...-input-x5.html.

Or am I mistaken and there is no screen for the AUX equalizer (input volume, bass, treble)? Thanks.

The equalizer screen you are seeing on that page is for vehicles with DSP (and has nothing to do with AUX input).

You can press the 1-6 radio preset buttons to change the gain, and that is all the options you have with the AUX input.
