New X5 Owner - Can I retrofit a Screen

Hi,
I have recently became the proud owner of a 2001 X5 Sport 4.4 --- Can anyone let me know if I can retrofit a 16:9 Screen in place of the business Cassete player???? I have fitted a CD Changer already and intend a some stage to fit other upgrades (Sat Nav, TV, DVD) -- if this can be done will I need to have a seperate Radio player in the boot or is that built into the screen???

Sorry for being thick but I have had company cars for the last 20 years and changing a tyre is a challenge to me!!
